Lifeboat Proof Load Testing Bags

DooFlex Lifeboat Proof Load Testing Bags System is used to apply an evenly distributed load to a lifeboat, or any other object that require evenly distributed proof loaded, such as crew bastes, gangways, samll bridges. This system can be easily handled or transported.

DooFlex Lifeboat Proof Load Testing Bags are made of heavy duty PVC coating fabric. These proof load testing water bags are equipped with fill/ offload fittings and automatic relief valve which is activated once the water bags achieve the designed weight.

For the safety operation, a remote system with a manifold and filling hoses, connecting with pump, are used to fill and drain the load-testing water bags, negating the need for personnel to be in the craft whilst undergoing proof load test. Depending the required proof load testing, a number of proof load testing water bags has to be spread even in the life boat and connected to the manifold.
